Job Wall Global is a recruitment agency founded by Mrs Golriz Ardekani in 2018 based on her ten-year study of the European and Middle East recruiting market.
Due to this dedicated study of more than 1900 businesses within the European and Middle East markets from 2007 to 2017, we found that 47% of business owners don’t like to hire people through recruitment agencies. This is mainly due to expensive rates, too many irrelevant telephone calls from recruitment consultants, loads of CVs to review, the complication of the recruiting systems, hidden fees, cloud candidates and unsatisfying customer service.
This shows that 41% of business owners are still trusting recruitment agencies but are not completely satisfied with their services. Furthermore, only 13% of business owners within European and Middle East markets are happy to use recruitment agencies although they have some minor suggestions to improve the service as a whole.
The study also incorporated more than 3,500 job seekers. We found 79% of job seekers don’t like to use recruitment agencies due to lack of professionalism, lack of customer services and long or no response time. Other factors included time wasted with unprofessional and useless interviews and not being truthful about the availability of jobs advertising jobs that don’t exist.
After this ten year study, we had a real handle on the current market so decided to start a global recruitment agency with a difference. Job Wall Global was born. Again, we studied more than 580 job seekers and companies to see what kind of services make them happier with recruitment agency.
Based on our research we found that both candidates and employers are looking for a professional and personalised service and expect a recruitment agent to be able to grasp the needs of both job seekers and companies alike. Because of this Job Wall Global was created to revolutionise the market and take the levels of personal service to both candidates and employers to the next level, so the right candidates are matched to the right roles in the minimum of time.
