Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and Upwork every day
• Send personalised, well-crafted outreach messages that get noticed
• Follow up with leads regularly and keep the pipeline moving
• Understand client requirements and present our services effectively
• Maintain an updated tracker of all leads, conversations, and outcomes
• Experiment with different outreach approaches and share what works
• Stay active, responsive, and professional on both platforms at all times

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 6 months of experience in any field
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork
