Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in D2C, consumer products, or pharma industry
Prior experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of approximately 10 members.
Skills and System Requirements
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian statutory compliances
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems
Excellent command over Excel, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting
Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, reconcations, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts within statutory timelines
Prepare MIS, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget versus actual reports for management review
Ensure complete compliance with all statutory and tax requirements
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Oversee invoicing, credit note processing, payment cycles, collections, and working capital management
Strengthen internal financial controls and manage a team of accountants
