Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Recruitment Manager, based in Nanded, Hingoli & Parbhani Districts, with flexibility for partial work-from-home options. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts to onboard and manage new agency team members, build relationships with potential agency partners, and execute strategic recruitment plans. Core responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new agents, and developing recruitment outreach initiatives. You will also monitor performance metrics, support professional development, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Strategic thinking, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Experience with using recruitment platforms, tools, and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and the ability to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a recruitment management role is preferred
