Bench Sales Representative (US Market) - Internship (WFH)

About the internship

Launch your career in US IT staffing as a bench sales representative intern at MLground. This is a hands-on internship in the US recruitment domain, where you will learn the mechanics of the American job market, work alongside experienced operators, and play a real role in driving interview opportunities for working professionals.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to enter the US staffing industry, build international work experience from India, and develop a long-term career in recruitment, sales, or operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Reviewing candidate profiles and understanding their preferences and goals

• Identifying suitable opportunities from curated job boards

• Engaging with the US recruitment ecosystem on each candidate's behalf

• Building each candidate's professional online presence

• Following up on opportunities and flagging interviews as they come in

• Maintaining quality and consistency across every action

You will receive complete training on all of this during your first week. You are not expected to know how to do any of this on Day 1.

What success looks like

• Strong learning curve and ramp-up during the first 10 days

• Consistent performance against benchmarks set during training

• A growing track record of interview opportunities generated for candidates

• High-quality assurance scores week over week

Stipend Structure

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 9,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 15,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 210000/year
