Business Development Executive

Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this role is crucial in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and forging strong partnerships. You will be instrumental in empowering businesses with our cutting-edge custom software development, web & mobile application development, AI, and cloud integration services, aligning with our mission to create long-term value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing potential clients across various industries.
• Conduct compelling presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing Pirotan Technolabs' expertise in React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, AI, and Cloud technologies.
• Understand client pain points and strategic goals, translating them into tailored technology solutions that leverage our comprehensive service offerings.
• Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements to close sales and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position Pirotan Technolabs as a trusted global technology partner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the IT services, software development, or digital solutions industry.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, web & mobile technologies, and digital transformation trends.
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
