Job Description

What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy — from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders across domestic and international markets
• Lead, mentor, and grow the business development team — set targets, review performance, and build capabilities
• Identify new market segments, geographies, and service lines to expand the company's footprint
• Collaborate with leadership, delivery, and marketing teams to align sales with overall business goals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously refine the sales strategy
• Report revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to senior management

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring BD or sales teams
• Deep understanding of IT services — software development, web, mobile, cloud, or digital transformation
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Exposure to global markets such as the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
