Results-driven Business Operations Executive with 3-5 years of experience in gold jewellery design and manufacturing operations. Skilled in managing end-to-end processes including CAD coordination, production tracking, inventory management, and order execution. Strong ability to streamline workflows, coordinate with vendors/artisans, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Business Operations Executive – Jewellery Manufacturing (Gold Industry)

• Manage end-to-end jewellery operations from CAD design to production and final dispatch
• Coordinate with designers, artisans, and manufacturing units to ensure timely execution
• Handle CAD requests, design approvals, and modifications as per customer requirements
• Track production stages including casting, polishing, finishing, and quality control
• Maintain inventory records (gold weight, karat, SKU) and ensure proper reconciliation
• Oversee order lifecycle: quotation, confirmation, production, and delivery
• Collaborate with vendors and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations
• Prepare MIS reports and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
