Civil Site Engineer

Pirotan Technolabs Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing technology company dedicated to digital transformation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Makarba, Ahmedabad. While our core business is IT solutions, we recognize the critical importance of robust physical infrastructure for our operations and certain client project needs. The Civil Site Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing civil engineering aspects of our physical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed with the same commitment to innovation, quality, and reliability that defines our digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation, including daily logs, material consumption, and manpower records.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes for civil works.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure all necessary permits and regulations are met.
• Problem-solve on-site challenges and propose effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Gujarat.
• Experience with infrastructure projects related to IT facilities or corporate office build-outs.
