The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding aesthetics along with hands-on experience in modern design and AI-powered creative tools. Key Responsibilities - Design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, marketing collaterals, and promotional assets - Create website banners, landing page visuals, and digital campaign creatives - Develop packaging designs, product labels, mockups, and branding materials - Build brand templates, presentation kits, and visual identity systems - Work on motion graphics, short-form videos, reels, and animated creatives - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaign ideas - Use AI design tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, or similar platforms to speed up ideation and creative production - Maintain consistency across brand communication and visual identity - Stay updated with current design trends, AI design workflows, and modern creative styles Required Skills - Adobe Photoshop - Illustrator - Canva Pro - Figma - Adobe Creative Suite - Typography & Layout Design - Branding & Visual Design - Social Media Creative Design Preferred Skills - Midjourney / DALL·E / Adobe Firefly - After Effects / Premiere Pro - Motion Graphics - Packaging Design - UI/UX Basics - AI-assisted design workflows What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital creative roles - Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, packaging, website banners, or campaign designs - Good understanding of typography, colour theory, spacing, and composition - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects - Creative thinker with attention to detail and modern design aesthetics - Experience working with agencies, D2C brands, ecommerce, or digital marketing teams is preferred Preferred Candidate Background Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred: - Branding Agencies - Digital Marketing Agencies - Ecommerce / D2C Brands - Creative Studios - Social Media Agencies ?
