Creative Designer + Viral Video Editor

Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Performance Creative Specialist)

We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping content for social media, paid ads, and brands.

This is not a traditional design role.

We want someone who understands attention, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and conversion-focused creatives.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads
• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and branding assets
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and engaging visual effects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create performance-driven creatives
• Develop creative concepts based on trends and audience psychology
• Optimize videos for retention and engagement
• Create visually appealing content aligned with brand identity

Requirements

• Strong experience with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• CapCut or similar editing software
• Strong understanding of:
• short-form content
• hooks
• pacing
• storytelling
• attention-grabbing visuals
• Ability to work independently and deliver creatives quickly
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends
• Understanding of social media content formats and ad creatives

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics & cinematic editing
• 3D design or animation
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives
• Knowledge of Meta Ad creative best practices
• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, tourism, or lifestyle brands

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

• Reels / short-form edited videos
• Motion graphics work (if available)
