Job Title: Graphic Designer / Creative Designer (IT Company)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating social media posts, reels, and digital creatives, with a strong focus on motion design. The candidate must also have a basic to good understanding of UI/UX design and be comfortable working with Figma.You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives (posts, stories, banners, ads) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create engaging reels and motion creatives using Adobe After Effects.

• Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and internal communications.

• Support UI/UX design tasks for websites and web/mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, layouts, and basic prototypes using Figma.

• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams.

• Keep up with the latest design, motion, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic / Creative Designer.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

• Mandatory experience in Adobe After Effects for reel creation and motion graphics.

• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems.

• Hands-on experience with Figma.

• Clear understanding of social media formats, resolutions, and platform best practices

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working in an IT / SaaS / Tech environment.

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro for video editing.

• Understanding of web and app development workflows.
