Financial Accountant

Shine Infosoft, a leading technology-driven software development company based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Financial Accountant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journals, and subsidiary ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations regularly.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including GST filings and assessments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience as an Accountant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Proven experience with GST compliance and other Indian taxation laws.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Prior experience in the Information Technology or software development industry.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems or financial planning tools.
