Job Description

As a member of the team, you will be supporting the international recruitment team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various global locations. Your responsibilities will include assisting recruiters with administrative tasks, candidate communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates from international locations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across different time zones.
  • Manage candidate communication and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Prepare and translate documents as needed.
  • Support with visa and relocation processes for international hires.
  • Collaborate with recruiters on all aspects of the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with international experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with international employment laws (preferred).
