You will also be screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. It will be your duty to maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, and handling offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in recruitment.
