Your Role: International Recruiter - Account Manager

As a International Recruiter - Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing job search strategies on behalf of international clients. You will interact directly with clients, understand their professional profiles, and apply to jobs that align with their skills and goals. Your role includes research, application management, and client coordination to ensure a smooth and successful job search journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and apply for suitable overseas jobs based on client profiles and preferences.
  • Develop comprehensive job search strategies using job boards, company websites, recruitment agencies, and social networks.
  • Understand client qualifications and match them with relevant job opportunities.
  • Review resumes to ensure suitability for applied roles and suggest improvements when necessary.
  • Source and apply for jobs across various platforms including recruitment boards, agency sites, and direct employer websites.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email and phone regarding application status and updates.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up responses as required.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and posting skills across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Understanding of diverse industries and job functions at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic internet research tools.
  • Strategic thinking for role-specific search planning and execution.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in job application processing.
