As an experienced International Recruiter at our company in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for international positions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • **Candidate Sourcing:** Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • **Screening and Interviewing:** Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for international roles.
  • **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
  • **Market Research:** Research and analyze international labor markets to understand trends, competition, and best practices in sourcing candidates globally.
  • **Documentation Handling:** Manage all documentation related to hiring processes, ensuring compliance with international hiring regulations.

Qualifications required for this role include a Masters degree in Business Administration or PGDM, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in recruiting for international positions. Strong communication skills, familiarity with recruitment platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.
