Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Development Specialist at a premier global fintech company, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with regional offices in India and Mexico. Your main responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition in new markets, pioneering financial products for businesses, and developing a growth strategy. This role requires a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Revenue: Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to acquire new accounts and boost revenue growth, focusing particularly on the US market. - Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans, qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and deliver impactful product presentations. - Build Partnerships: Understand a client's business objectives, identify financial obstacles, and establish long-term strategic partnerships. - Prospecting: Actively search for potential clients through direct sales methods, professional networking, and thorough industry research. - Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, handle complex queries, and guide clients through the company's financial product offerings. Desired Candidate Requirements: - Experience: You should have 3 to 6 years of proven experience in a direct B2B sales role. - Domain Preference: Prior experience in selling SaaS products, Supply Chain Finance, international logistics, or export-related services is highly preferred. - Mindset: We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who takes full ownership of their pipeline and has a history of achieving targets. - Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to pitch to key decision-makers in small, medium, and large enterprises. - Flexibility: You must be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor on a permanent night shift to align with US business hours.
