Junior PHP Developer

You will work alongside experienced developers, learning best practices and making a tangible impact on our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications and services.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following established coding standards.
• Assist in the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to database design and optimization, primarily using MySQL.
• Learn and apply new technologies and development methodologies as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a modern PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Linux command line.
