About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles (GBP)

• Conduct GBP audits and implement improvement recommendations

• Create and publish Google Business Profile posts

• Monitor and improve profile completeness and engagement metrics

• Manage Q&A, products, services, and business attributes

• Perform local SEO audits and competitive analysis

• Develop location-based SEO strategies

• Build and optimize local landing pages

• Improve local pack and map rankings

• Monitor local search visibility and keyword rankings

• Audit existing citations and business listings

• Ensure accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency

• Identify and resolve duplicate listings

• Manage submissions across major directories and citation sources

• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking

• Implement local keyword targeting strategies

• Provide content recommendations for service and location pages

• Improve user experience and conversion on landing pages

• Implement and validate LocalBusiness schema markup

• Monitor website health and resolve technical SEO issues

• Coordinate with developers for indexing, crawling, and performance improvements

• Ensure proper tracking setup via GA4, Google Search Console, and GBP Insights

• Track rankings, traffic, calls, leads, and conversions

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders or clients

• Optimize for AI search engines and answer engines

• Improve visibility in AI-driven platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing Copilot

• Implement entity-building and structured data strategies for AI visibility
