Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing and Business Development (sales) role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing a pipeline of prospective clients. The team member will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, assist in planning campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to align services with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, participating in client meetings, and following up on inquiries to convert them into business. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and address client needs professionally.
  • Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development based on data, trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up to support revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Basic understanding of digital and offline marketing channels, branding, and campaign coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Master Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and lead-tracking systems).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience or internship in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred but not strictly required. it's an field sales with flexibility of hybrid work and only girls is mandatory required.
