Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities for web applications using PHP frameworks.
Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
Proficiency in PHP and extensive experience with at least one modern PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL, including database design and optimization.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills and understanding of design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, agile team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
