Product Designer (UI/UX)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Translate user research findings and business requirements into compelling user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Perform usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
• Contribute to and evolve My Company's design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience working in a large-scale organization (1000+ employees).
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytical tools to inform design decisions.
