QA Engineer / Software Tester (AI/ML Systems & Automation)

As a QA Engineer/Software Tester at Dream Reflection Media Pvt Ltd, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and performance of AI-powered systems, ML pipelines, and automation workflows. Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing AI agents, chatbots, and LLM-based applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of outputs
• Performing manual and automation testing, including developing basic automation test scripts and executing regression and functional testing
• Conducting API and integration testing using tools like Postman, validating workflows across various systems, and ensuring proper data flow and system behavior
• Conducting performance, load, and stress testing to identify system bottlenecks and ensure application stability under different conditions
• Validating data inputs and outputs, model responses and predictions, and end-to-end ML workflows to ensure correctness of AI/ML system behavior
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, providing clear test reports and reproduction steps, and working closely with developers for issue resolution
• Suggesting improvements for system performance, user experience, and testing processes, while maintaining testing documentation and standards.
