Job Overview

FinVise AI Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for React Native Developers with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience who are eager to work on real-world mobile applications in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role includes an initial evaluation and training period, after which high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time position.

We are looking for developers who are passionate about building scalable fintech applications, solving real-world technical challenges, and working with modern mobile technologies including WebSocket-based real-time systems, API integrations, and production deployments.

Selection Process

This role begins with a 3-month evaluation and training period designed to assess technical skills, performance, problem-solving ability, and team fit.

Compensation is applicable upon successful conversion to a full-time role. Candidates who meet performance expectations during this period may be offered a full-time position within the specified salary range.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Build clean, scalable, and responsive mobile user interfaces
• Integrate backend APIs (Node.js / Python) with mobile applications
• Work on WebSocket integrations for real-time updates, notifications, live data syncing, and fintech workflows
• Implement authentication, push notifications, and secure user flows
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness
• Debug and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to ship features rapidly
• Work on real fintech and AI-powered product features used by actual users
• Participate in testing, QA validation, and release workflows for production apps

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying React Native applications (personal, freelance, internship, or production apps)
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and backend connectivity
• Prior experience working with WebSockets or real-time communication systems
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently and on time
• Experience testing applications before release and ensuring app stability
• Prior knowledge of uploading and managing apps on the Google Play Store with proper testing and release practices
• Familiarity with app deployment workflows, build generation, signing, and production releases
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Understanding of fintech-grade reliability, responsiveness, and user experience is a plus
