Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for international clients.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
