Role Overview

As an Insurance Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new insurance advisors/agents, training and developing agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance, driving business through the agency team to achieve monthly targets, motivating and guiding agents for consistent performance, conducting joint field work and sales support activities, monitoring agent productivity and improving performance, ensuring policy issuance, renewals, and persistency, maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers, and planning and executing local marketing and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance

Qualification Required

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in insurance/agency/direct sales/BFSI
  • Experience in agency channel or team handling is highly preferred
  • Strong recruitment and team management skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record
  • Ability to work in field sales and manage a team
  • Graduation is mandatory
