Role Description

The Senior Front End Engineer will design and develop user-centric web interfaces, ensuring functionality, performance, and responsiveness across devices. Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams, the role includes implementing sleek designs, optimizing user experiences, and debugging features for scalability. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to maintain competitive interfaces. The candidate must be proactive in addressing technical challenges and contribute to the overall development cycle through teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Design, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications across our product portfolio.
• AI-Integrated Development: Work within AI-augmented IDEs connected to MCP servers and agentic coding tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve iteration speed and code quality.
• Front-End: Implement features using React, Vue, and/or Next.js.
• Database Architecture: Architect and scale relational (PostgreSQL, RDS/Aurora) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase) data layers.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Provision, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure.
• API Development: Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration.
• Security: Implement coding best practices and security frameworks; knowledge of Vault and similar technologies a strong plus.
• Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance at scale.
• Version Control: Manage code using Git with disciplined branching and review practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with Front-End Development, Responsive Web Design, and creating user-friendly interfaces
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and working knowledge of integrated web platforms
• Strong expertise in Web Development, Software Development, and implementing scalable solutions
• Proficiency with front-end languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern libraries like React or Angular
• Strong debugging and optimization skills to ensure cross-device performance and functionality
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Figma, design systems, UI/UX principles, and version control tools such as Git
