Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern with strong manual testing skills. Manual testing is the primary requirement. Basic knowledge of automation (Selenium · Java · TestNG · POM · BDD/Cucumber) is a bonus — not mandatory.

Selenium WebDriver with Java

• TestNG (@Test, @Before/After, @DataProvider)

• Page Object Model (POM)

• BDD / Cucumber (Gherkin — Given/When/Then)

• Locators: ID · Name · XPath · CSS · ClassName

• Waits: Implicit · Explicit · Fluent

• WebElement methods: click() sendKeys() getText()

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases for web and panel applications

• Perform functional, regression, retesting, and exploratory testing

• Report defects with clear steps, screenshots, and severity in Mantis

• Perform UI checks — labels, icons, alignment, placeholders, messages

• Retest fixed defects and verify no new issues are introduced

• Maintain test documentation throughout the sprint

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree / pursuing degree in CS, IT, or related field

• Strong eye for detail — finds bugs others miss

• Clear written English for defect descriptions

• Familiar with SDLC and testing fundamentals

• Any bug tracker experience — Mantis, Jira, etc.

• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn

Candidates must use their own laptop and have a good internet connection for this internship. The laptop should work properly for daily office tasks and online meetings. The company will not provide a laptop.
