The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of the accounting department, including month and end-year process, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and capital assets reconciliations. The role involves coordinating and completing annual audits, reviewing and preparing financial management reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.QualificationsProficient in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General LedgerExperience in Budgeting, Cash Forecasting, and Financial AnalysisSkills in Payroll Management and Capital Assets ReconciliationsThorough understanding of Accounting Principles and Statutory RegulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA certification is a plusAdvanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
