Job Title: Talent Aquisition/Recruitment Specialist (US/CA Operations)

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad) - No Relocation

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 7PM to 4PM)

Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Salary: Rs. 3 Lac to 4.5 Lac per Annum (Based on Experience and Skill level)

About the Role

Royal Mace Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and career-driven Recruitment Specialists to join our growing US/Canada operations team.

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and helping our clients hire top talent across North America. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about recruitment and people engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and networking

• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates for open positions

• Conduct pre-screening and initial interview calls

• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Meet hiring deadlines and client expectations consistently

• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Recruitment

• International voice process experience is mandatory

• Must currently reside in Ahmedabad (No outstation hiring / No relocation)

• Graduate/Diploma holders preferred; relevant experience will also be considered

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong learning attitude with long-term career goals

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
