Travel and Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visas, for employees and clients.
• Develop comprehensive travel itineraries and provide all necessary travel documentation.
• Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure favorable rates and services.
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with Shine Infosoft's travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Assist with expense reporting and reconciliation related to travel.
• Provide proactive support and solutions for any travel-related issues or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel activities and generate reports as required.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple travel bookings and itineraries simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online travel booking platforms and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Information Technology or software development industry.
• Familiarity with visa application processes for various countries.
• Knowledge of travel expense management software.
