Walk-in Drive at Rivera Technical Support

Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Shift

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Eligibility

Freshers from Technical Background can apply
Excellent communication skills mandatory
Strong technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills required

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Windows Operating System issues
Provide support for Microsoft applications/products
Diagnose and resolve technical queries
Handle customer issues through chat/email/calls
Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support can apply
