Walk-in Drive at Rivera Technical Support

Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Shift

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Eligibility

  • Freshers from Technical Background can apply
  • Excellent communication skills mandatory
  • Strong technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills required

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Windows Operating System issues
  • Provide support for Microsoft applications/products
  • Diagnose and resolve technical queries
  • Handle customer issues through chat/email/calls
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams
  • Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
