Job Objective

Objective of this role is to improve product adoption and usage by setting up product training for the paid clients (recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs).

Job Description

  • Making outbound calls to the recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs of the paid clients to convince & schedule online training slots for them
  • Understanding their hiring outlook & accordingly pitching the right training module
  • Ensuring that all the clients and users are getting trained on Naukri services
  • Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals
  • Handling client objections effectively & diverting the same to the concerned department or team
  • Coordinating with the sales team to provide inputs for upselling / cross selling
  • Ensuring that the trainers' time slots are being booked as per clients training needs and availability .

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Desired Skills

  • Candidates with prior experience in client handling / BPO Voice process will be preferred
  • Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and the Internet would be given preference
