Web Designer / Front - End Developer

As a Creative Web Designer at our company, your role involves developing and executing compelling creative designs to engage customers and prospects. You will be responsible for producing recent website designs, banners, and other digital materials with a strong understanding of design elements like typography, composition, color, and imagery. Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and developing consistent site-wide graphic design
• Conceptualizing new templates and site designs
• Designing, testing, and producing digital materials such as emails, graphics, and multimedia
• Optimizing email and page templates for recurring use
• Proactively offering suggestions and strategies to drive engagement and revenue through web design

To excel in this role, you should have a great eye for design with a strong conversion focus. You must possess a strong working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc. Additionally, you should have outstanding web graphic design skills and a solid understanding of web designing best practices for e-commerce websites.

Moreover, you should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to be creative, flexible, and detail-oriented under daily deadlines with multiple projects. Having web designing and some front-end development skills like HTML/CSS/JS coding knowledge would be a plus. Problem-solving, analysis skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience is required
