As an AI/ML Engineer – Fresher, you will be a part of our technology team and get the opportunity to work on real-world AI and machine learning projects. You will work with experienced developers and engineers to build intelligent solutions, experiment with machine learning models, integrate AI technologies, and develop practical applications using modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with Python for data processing, analysis, and AI/ML development.
• Assist in preparing, cleaning, and analyzing datasets.
• Develop, train, and evaluate basic machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Use Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
• Explore and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Assist in developing AI-powered applications using Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Work with Hugging Face and OpenAI APIs to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Assist in developing LLM-based applications using LangChain.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for AI/ML applications.
• Perform model testing, evaluation, debugging, and basic optimization.
• Use Git/GitHub for source code management and collaboration.
• Gain exposure to Docker and AI/ML application deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver project requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of fundamental Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and OpenAI APIs is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of LangChain is an advantage.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with Docker is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic, personal, or internship experience in AI/ML projects.
• Experience with projects involving Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases is an advantage.
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or AI/ML projects is a plus.
• Contributions to GitHub or open-source projects are an added advantage.
