Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models and algorithms.
- Contribute to LLM AI Agent Development, leveraging the latest advancements in large language models.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into custom web and mobile applications, ensuring clear & interactive user-friendly GUIs.
- Optimize AI/ML model performance, scalability, and maintainability for 100% bug-free applications.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to build robust models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and UI/UX designers, using Agile methodology.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement for deployed AI/ML systems.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with expertise in relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with API integration and developing scalable software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM AI Agent Development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML models.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment, delivering solutions for diverse clients.
