As an Android Developer - Fresher, you will be a part of our technology team and get the opportunity to work on real-world mobile application projects. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Android applications using modern Android development technologies. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Work with Android Studio for application development, debugging, and testing.
• Use the Android SDK to develop and implement mobile application features.
• Create responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces using XML.
• Develop and maintain Android UI components based on project requirements.
• Work with Activities and Fragments to build application screens and navigation.
• Use Android Jetpack components to develop modern and maintainable applications.
• Implement lists and dynamic data displays using RecyclerView.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs.
• Handle API responses and application data using appropriate data formats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and basic performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
• Maintain existing applications and implement new features based on business requirements.
• Follow Android development best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development technologies and practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Android application development.
• Strong understanding of Java and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Android Studio.
• Understanding of the Android SDK.
• Good knowledge of XML for Android UI development.
• Understanding of Android UI Development.
• Knowledge of Activities and Fragments.
• Understanding of Android Jetpack.
• Knowledge of RecyclerView.
• Understanding of REST API Integration.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic, internship, or professional experience in Android development.
• Experience developing Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience working with Android Studio and Android SDK.
• Experience creating user interfaces using XML.
• Understanding of Activities, Fragments, RecyclerView, and Android Jetpack.
• Experience integrating Android applications with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub is a plus.
• Experience working on real-world mobile application projects is an added advantage.
