Business Analyst

You will play an important part in day-to-day operations and work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver consistent results in the Consulting sector. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable inputs for technical teams. Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, scope, and prioritize solutions based on business needs and feasibility. Lead requirement clarification sessions and facilitate alignment discussions from project initiation through delivery. Track project progress, timelines, and effort estimates using Excel and internal project management tools. Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure transparency across all project activities. Support project delivery, implementation, and final cutover activities to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a Consulting environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently. Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standard operating procedures. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
