As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of our team. You will work on real-world products, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development standards across the team. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy building reliable software and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, meetings, and discussions with clients.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
• Clarify requirements and provide functional guidance throughout the development process.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track requirement changes and maintain proper documentation.
• Support QA teams by reviewing test scenarios and validating functionality against requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback.
• Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential business impacts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documentation when required.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis processes.
• Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Experience creating process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business requirements.

Technical & Tools Knowledge

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, web applications, and software architecture basics.
• Familiarity with UML diagrams and process modeling.
• Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of QA/testing processes and UAT.
