Job Description
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is often preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for some roles.
• Relevant certifications can sometimes substitute for formal education.
• Technical Skills:
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments.
• Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Hardware: Familiarity with computer hardware components, troubleshooting, and repair.
