Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be a key member of our team. You will play an important part in day-to-day operations and work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver consistent results in the BPO & Customer Support sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls/chats and resolve product or service queries.
• Log tickets accurately and follow escalation matrix when required.
• Meet quality, AHT, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a BPO & Customer Support environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standard operating procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in BPO & Customer Support.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
