Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between server and client.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into functional code.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Proven professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or a similar full-stack role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js and its core principles (e.g., hooks, context API, Redux for state management).
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building scalable and efficient backend services.
- Experience with MongoDB, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) for unit and integration testing.
- A strong portfolio of relevant projects or contributions to open-source initiatives.
