Manage Narrow Width Looms
and Dyeing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery
targets.
Prepare and execute
production plans with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and
resources.
Coordinate material
requirements including yarn, dyes, chemicals, spares, and other production
consumables.
Monitor production
efficiency, wastage, rejection, downtime, and implement improvement
actions.
Coordinate with QA for
quality improvement, problem-solving, CAPA implementation, and process
compliance.
Work closely with Purchase,
Stores, Maintenance, HR, Warehouse, and Logistics for smooth operations.
Ensure timely transfer of
semi-finished goods (SFG) to subsequent departments.
Support new product
development through production trials, process planning, and cost
estimation inputs.
Review production
performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Global
Project Heads for technical support, process improvements, and machinery
modifications.
Ensure adherence to ISO
9001:2015 production requirements, safety standards, SOPs, and company
policies.
Lead continuous improvement
initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma / bachelor’s degree
in Textile Engineering field.
10+ years of experience in
textile manufacturing with exposure to Narrow Width Looms and Dyeing
operations.
Strong leadership,
problem-solving, production planning, and team management skills.
Knowledge of quality
systems, process improvement, and manufacturing practices.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with
parent company teams, Global Project Heads, and international support
teams across different countries for technical discussions &
problem-solving.
