Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end services. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar full-stack role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router). Solid understanding and experience with Node.js and Express.js for building scalable back-end services. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including database design, Mongoose, and aggregation framework. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Enzyme). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
