Senior - Node.js Developer

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing backend services that power our innovative digital solutions for diverse clients across industries like healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, robust, and secure Node.js applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and architectural patterns.
• Integrate with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) and third-party services.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and continuously improving code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing backend applications with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and development.
• Proficiency with database technologies, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering SaaS or enterprise solutions.
