As a senior Python AI/ML developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will own deployment pipelines, server health, and release reliability. This role suits engineers who enjoy automation, monitoring, and keeping production systems stable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build scalable data processing and model inference pipelines.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve deployed models.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design and code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and Python technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience implementing RAG solutions and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- AI/ML or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
