As a SEO Executive, you will be a key member of our team. You will work on real-world products, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development standards across the team. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy building reliable software and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content outreach, and local SEO initiatives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website architecture, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Generate regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other key SEO metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies are integrated seamlessly.
• Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within the Information Technology industry.
• Strong understanding of core SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrable experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Familiarity with SEO for various industries, particularly those served by Shine Infosoft (e.g., healthcare, fintech, e-commerce).
• Google Ads certification or experience with paid search campaigns.
