We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET and FHIR-based healthcare interoperability.
Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API/MVC, Entity Framework amp; SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with FHIR (R4), healthcare interoperability amp; REST APIs
• Experience with distributed systems and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling amp; automated testing
• Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD amp; DevOps
• Git and collaborative development experience• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop backend services and FHIR APIs
• Build healthcare interoperability workflows and EHR integrations
• Modernize .NET services and legacy integrations
• Debug distributed systems and third-party integrations
• Lead code reviews, ensure code quality and mentor engineers
• Collaborate with product, operations and compliance teams
Note: The job location is MedellĂn, Colombia, and the compensation will be paid locally in Colombian Pesos (COP). Candidates must be willing to relocate to MedellĂn, Colombia.
