As a Unity Developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will own deployment pipelines, server health, and release reliability. This role suits engineers who enjoy automation, monitoring, and keeping production systems stable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Unity and C#. 
• Implement gameplay mechanics, UI, animations, and interactive features based on project requirements. 
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver engaging user experiences. 
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and frame rates across multiple platforms. 
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics tools, and backend services. 
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 
• Work with version control systems such as Git for source code management. 
• Contribute to technical discussions, feature planning, and architecture decisions. 
• Stay updated with the latest Unity technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Unity development. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or a related field. 
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented programming (OOP). 
• Hands-on experience with Unity Engine, including UI, animation, physics, prefabs, scripting, and asset management. 
• Experience developing and deploying applications for Android, iOS, Windows, WebGL, or other platforms. 
• Good understanding of software design principles and development best practices. 
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs. 
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. 
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with AR/VR technologies such as AR Foundation, Vuforia, OpenXR, Meta Quest, or Apple Vision Pro. 
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking frameworks such as Photon, Mirror, or Netcode for GameObjects.
• Experience with Firebase, PlayFab, or similar backend platforms.
• Understanding of Unity Addressables, Asset Bundles, and performance optimization techniques. 
• Familiarity with Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP) or High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP). 
• Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other distribution platforms.
